We set new standards with our game-changing product and are a driving force within pop-culture. We are looking for a Business Operations Project Manager in join us in advancing the industry forward. 

 

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Operations Project Manager to join our growing Business Operations team. In this role, you will support & manage strategic projects, navigate optimization of processes, and manage cross-functional initiatives to support the growth and operational excellence of our fast-paced organization. The ideal candidate brings expertise in retail operations—particularly in inventory or merchandise planning, a delivery-focused mindset, and experience managing and/or contributing to large-scale technology implementations.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

Project Management:

·      Track and oversee cross-functional projects from initiation to execution, ensuring delivery excellence

·      Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and communication strategies

·      Serve as the main point of contact for project updates, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders

·      Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, balancing technical and business perspectives

·      Partner with IT and external vendors to implement and integrate large-scale systems and tools.

·      Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, translating business needs into technical requirements

 

Process Improvement & Optimization:

·      Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.

·      Design and implement scalable solutions to support the organization’s rapid growth.

·      Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of process improvements

 

Retail Expertise:

·      Leverage deep knowledge of retail operations, particularly in inventory and merchandise planning, to enhance decision-making and operational strategies

·      Collaborate with planning, merchandising, and operations teams to align systems and processes with business goals

·      Act as a thought partner with planning and merchandising teams

 

Experience required:

·      Experience in a top-tier consulting firm, as a Process Lead and/or Project Manager

·      Demonstrated success leading and/or contributing to large-scale technology implementations, such as ERP, PLM, or inventory management systems

·      Previous experience in Inventory Planning/Merchandise Planning

·      Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written form

·      Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

·      Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; PMP, Six Sigma or similar certifications a plus
