What Impact You'll Have
GRVTY is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operational support for Maritime Technologies. This role partners closely with Program Management, Engineering, Logistics, Finance, and Contracts to drive process efficiency and compliance for purchasing, office management, and other business activities.
What You'll be Owning
- Lead implementation of purchasing process
- Liaison to Accounts Payable for materials invoices
- Support product and program material tracking
- Manage office and corporate housing operations
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency across business operations and workflows
What You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, program operations, or a related role
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with establishing business accounts with a wide range of vendor types
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to leadership
- Clearable U.S. Citizenship required

- Familiarity with inventory management
