This role is responsible for leading and coordinating all Business Enablement functions to ensure that Daintta remains a transparent, compliant, efficient, and scalable organisation.
Their main duties are:
- Overseeing all aspects of business governance, risk and compliance,
- Managing resources and utilisation within the consulting workforce,
- Driving continuous improvement in business operations
In addition to these key responsibilities, the role also includes supervising IT operations, managing the employee lifecycle, handling office administration, and supporting initiatives related to social values and wellbeing.
This position plays a vital role in ensuring Daintta upholds high standards in internal operations, fosters a positive and safe workplace, maintains strong governance, and enforces a solid compliance framework, all of which support the company’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
(1) Governance, Risk and Compliance
- Oversee the full lifecycle of policies, procedures, plans, ensuring they remain up-to-date, accurate and compliant with legal, regulatory, HR, data protection, ISO standards, and client requirements.
- Own and manage all governance, risk and compliance activities across Daintta. Manage and mainta Daintta ISO accreditations.
- Conduct internal audits, facilitate external audits and implement recommendations and findings. Identify non-compliance and support remediation. Monitor, track and report organisational compliance performance.
(2) Resource demand management and utilisation
- Manage resource allocation to projects to optimise utilisation across the workforce and maintain a zero-bench.
- Understand the demand from Client Groups and work with Professions to ensure future demands can be met.
(3) Continuously improve and build to scale Business Operations.
- Drive simplification of processes and frictionless ways of working across all business operations.
- Identify opportunities to automate, standardise and streamline workflows.
- Ensure Business Enablement supports Daintta's growth and creates a scalable operational backbone.
- Provide management and oversight to business operations functional areas including, employee lifecycle management, resourcing, resource demand management and utilisation, sales operations, IT operations, social values, health and wellbeing, office and facilities management.
