About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced program manager to lead cross functional initiatives within our global automotive tier-1 B2B business. The ideal candidate will drive alignment among internal and external stakeholders, ensure seamless execution of complex projects, and optimize team performance in a fast-paced, technical environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing automotive programs fostering collaboration and delivering results. 

Your Team 

This position will be the part of Business operations team, as an internal project manager expert, closely collaborating with several departments across CG JP and SBU’s, HR, finance as well as Quality, to attain expected business results with triple constraints of quality, budget and time. 
 
What You Will Do  

  • Internal stakeholder alignment 
  • Defining roles and responsibilities 
  • KPI and performance management 
  • Proactive resource planning 
  • Talent development and team management 
  • Others as per business needs 

What You Need 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or related field MBA or PMP certification is a plus.  
  • Minimum 7+ years in program/project management within the automotive Tier 1 supplier industry preferably in B2B environment. 
  • Proven experience managing cross functional teams for OEM projects example electrification autonomous driving infotainment or related. 
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs and drive data-driven decisions 
  • Expertise in stakeholder management conflict resolution and negotiation 
  • Be willing to travel, if necessary, domestic and international travel.  
  • Be willing to work in an office, manufacturing facility, client-site. 
  • This role is eligible to partially work remotely 
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills. 
  • Business level Japanese

What is Nice to Have 

  • Proficiency in project management tools. 
  • Familiarity with automotive standards IATF 169 49PQ BPPAP and OEM specific requirements. 

What Makes You Eligible

  • Be willing to travel up to 10%, domestic and international travel
  • Successfully complete a background investigation/Aptitude Test as a condition of employment.
