Position Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on, solutions-oriented Business Operations Manager to support and improve operational performance across the entire organization, with a home base in our Las Vegas office. This role plays a key part in driving consistency, efficiency, and service excellence across all markets. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of operational workflows, and excels at leading teams, solving problems, and implementing scalable solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners and local teams to ensure we deliver seamless, high-quality experiences to our property owners and residents nationwide.

This position is based in our Las Vegas, NV office.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor key operational metrics across regions, proactively identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.Oversee and improve day-to-day operational workflows across the company, with a focus on consistency, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and effective execution of core property management functions, including inspections, repairs, turnovers, and leasing support.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (e.g., Growth, Product, Finance, and Customer Support) to align on goals and implement solutions.
  • Act as a problem-solver and escalation point for operational issues impacting performance or customer experience.
  • Track and ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and relevant property management regulations across all markets.
  • Provide leadership with actionable insights, performance reports, and improvement recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, preferably in property management, real estate, or a service-focused industry.
  • Proven experience managing teams and improving operational workflows in a multi-market environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM, property management platforms, and/or operations software.
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-growing and evolving environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred.
