Last Energy seeks a highly adaptable and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to join our team. This role is designed for a versatile executor who can seamlessly manage various administrative and operational functions, ensuring the smooth running of our internal operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and possess the ability to identify and address operational gaps proactively.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as a Swiss army knife executor, filling in administrative and operational gaps as they arise
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all real estate and office-related operations
- Oversee the maintenance and management of our physical workspace, ensuring it meets our team's and operations' needs
- Continuously assess and improve background operations across a variety of business and administrative domains
- Identify and triage any arising issues, providing hands-on solutions or coordinating freelance labor as needed
- Implement and manage processes to enhance operational effectiveness and support the overall objectives of the organization
- Foster a positive and productive work environment by addressing operational needs that impact the entire team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives and drive operational improvements
- Additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management, facilities management, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous, rapidly scaling, fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to addressing issues
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate freelance labor as needed
