Job Description
We are seeking a high-caliber Business Operations Manager to serve as a critical liaison within the Project Management Office (PMO), driving operational efficiency across talent acquisition and contract execution. This role is dual-focused: coordinating the recruitment pipeline between hiring managers and recruiters to ensure staffing targets are met, and serving as a lead technical editor for formal contract deliverables. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of operational coordination skills and the technical writing proficiency required to produce high-quality, customer-facing documentation.
The successful candidate will coordinate efforts across a multidisciplinary team of software engineers, cloud architects, and security professionals who deliver an enterprise computing infrastructure encompassing end-point devices, hybrid-cloud services, virtualized applications, and high-performance storage.
As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Recruiting Coordination & Talent Operations
  • Liaison Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the PMO, recruiters, and hiring managers to streamline the hiring process.
  • Pipeline Tracking: Monitor recruiting progress, track candidate movement through the funnel, and ensure timely feedback from hiring managers.
  • Onboarding Support: Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from the offer stage to active project integration.
2. Contract Deliverables & Technical Writing
  • Deliverable Management: Track, support, and manage the development of formal contract deliverables to ensure on-time submission and compliance with customer requirements.
  • Technical Authoring: Write, edit, and format complex technical documentation, including:
    • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process guidelines.
    • Detailed technical descriptions and engineering overviews.
  • Quality Assurance: Prepare and review deliverables to ensure they meet strict customer content and formatting standards.
3. Operational Governance & Administration
  • Meeting Management: Author comprehensive meeting minutes and action item trackers for internal and customer-facing engagements.
  • Systems Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation for processes and procedures related to the management of Information Systems.
  • Deployment Documentation: Develop SOPs for application build, release, deployment, and configuration activities.
Presentation Development: Create high-impact technical presentations for executive and customer reviews.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Technical Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Seven years of experience in business operations, project coordination, or technical writing, preferably within a PMO environment.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Excellent coordination skills.
  • Proven experience managing the lifecycle of contract deliverables.
  • Writing Proficiency: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and professional documentation.
  • Tool Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management. Experience using Confluence and ServiceNow.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines with precision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams, HR, and external customers.
  • A meticulous approach to formatting and quality control for customer-facing documents.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Masters degree in business administration

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
