  • Build dashboards, reporting processes, and operating metrics that improve visibility and accountability

  • Partner with functional leaders to define goals, track progress, and address execution risks

  • Develop and improve internal processes, workflows, and systems as the company scales

  • Support annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation

  • Conduct market, customer, competitor, and operational analyses to inform strategic decisions

  • Prepare business reviews, executive presentations, and board materials

  • Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, products, or market expansion initiatives

  • Translate leadership priorities into clear workstreams, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes

  • Support special projects related to fundraising, pricing, organizational design, or company-wide transformation

  • Help establish scalable operating practices across teams and functions

Common Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, finance, product operations, corporate development, or a related function
