About the company
Our client is a fast-growing technology company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead the early-stage rollout of new initiatives, working hands-on with participants and outside partners. You will build employer relationships, capture repeatable processes in writing, and create your own lightweight tooling to measure performance.
What you'll do
- Take new training initiatives from early concept through to their first cohort of participants.
- Run a new employment-focused initiative and be accountable for its outcomes from start to finish.
- Win over one or two hiring partners for each initiative and keep those relationships productive over time.
- Spend time directly with a small group of participants to understand what helps them reach a first paycheck, and spot weak points before scaling.
- Document each initiative in a clear operating guide so others can run it and product teams can build from it.
- Create your own automations, reports and dashboards using AI coding assistants, no-code platforms and spreadsheets.
- Monitor key funnel metrics from enrollment through hiring and give a weekly update on progress and problem areas.
