  • You support the testing and implementation of new workflows, templates and process improvements across the People function.

  • You conduct research, analyse existing processes and recommend practical improvements that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.

  • You maintain process documentation, version control and operational libraries, ensuring information remains organised, current and accessible.

  • You collaborate with the People team on operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Offer

  • Currently enrolled in a university programme requiring a mandatory internship of a minimum of 12 weeks.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant discipline, with an interest in business operations, process improvement, workflow automation, project management, systems development or business analytics.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to work.

  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, structured data and process documentation.
