Business Operations Intern (6-month contract)

We are looking for Rockstars!!  While other internships have you get coffee, at Gradion you’ll learn how to run a multi-million-dollar business.

Most internships give you one small piece of a company. A task to complete. A report to finish. A box to check. But what if the next six months could show you how a whole business actually grows, not one piece of it?

We're looking for people who don't want to just follow instructions and complete repetitive tasks. People who are curious how things work, who'd rather learn by doing than by watching, and who might just be building their first business skills before they build their own company one day.

This is not a typical internship where you shadow one team and file reports for six months. You will have the opportunity to:

• Learn how a technology consulting company builds client relationships and turns conversations into deals.

• Contribute to marketing initiatives, from audience research to content ideas to live campaigns.

• Help shape how Gradion shows up publicly through Brand & Community work.

• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini daily, not as a novelty, but as how you actually get work done faster.

• Pitch your ideas, get real feedback, and watch some of them actually happen.

You won't just observe how a business runs. You'll help run it.
