As a Vice President within the EMEA Global Corporate Banking Business Operations team, You'll lead strategic initiatives that support and enhance our EMEA Global Corporate Banking franchise. Job Responsibilities
- Lead and execute complex, fast-paced projects, applying creative and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
- Drive initiatives impacting EMEA GCB, including operating model design, training development, process reviews, and risk management.
- Identify proactively, escalate, and resolve operational issues, ensuring timely implementation of solutions.
- Foster strong connectivity and collaboration across GCB Business Operations, EMEA GCB Business sub-lines of business, functional partners, and centralized governance teams.
- Deliver clear, impactful presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
Engage in front office Audits, Compliance tests, and Regulatory driven initiatives impacting EMEA GCB.
