As Trullion’s Business Operations Associate, you will support the financial and operational backbone of the company, helping ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment across business processes. You’ll report into the Director of Business Operations, and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and GTM teams to optimize reporting, budget management, and operational workflows. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to fast-track their career while taking real ownership in shaping the systems and insights that fuel a rapidly growing, innovative B2B SaaS company.
- 2+ years of experience in business operations, finance, or another analytical role.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools (Google Slides, PowerPoint); SQL experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or BI systems is preferred.
- Proactive, reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work onsite at the NYC office 4 days per week.
Trullion's US salary range for this full-time position is $90,000-$140,000 + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
