Role: Commercial/Business Operations Analyst/Sr Analyst
Opportunity to witness and contribute in growth of IQVIA's Commercial Solutions business by becoming an active part of central Strategic Operation team. As name suggest "Strategic Operations" team is responsible in providing support across commercial reporting and strategic initiatives execution.

Role Definition
- Supports Strategic Operations Director and Business leads in all areas of the day-to-day functioning
- Excel based data extractions from multiple sources like Salesforce, CRMs, consolidation and cleaning of data to deliver periodic reports
- Keep business informed and up to date by providing reporting on financial (revenue/pipe) analysis and insights/trends
- Support in BI tools (Power BI/ Spotfire, etc. updates and maintenance, excellent skills in excel analysis and PowerPoint reporting.
- Stakeholders management, and various related business leads to support strategic and operational business needs.

Requirements,
- Understanding of financial analysis and reporting
- Good to have exposure on BI tools – maintenance / development, Data Modelling, SQL
- Logical thinking, good in information assimilation & articulation, consulting mind set and approach
- Ability to be self-directed, prioritize opportunities and perform multiple tasks, maintain demanding timelines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
- Stakeholders and project management : complete ownership of strategic projects/ initiatives: business case, scope, schedule, KPIs to track, roadmap, and milestones
Location: Pan India (Mumbai, Bangalore, Gurgaon preferable)
