What you’ll be doing...
We are a thriving Operations team with so much happening across 2i! We are central to a number of business processes so you will never have a dull moment!
You will be working in Business Operations, which covers workforce management, client onboarding, client business support, and facilities management. Your expertise in data analytics will help us scale efficiently by enabling data-driven decision-making, optimising processes, and ensuring there are no single points of failure.
Your Responsibilities…
We are looking for you to analyse data and manage processes day to day within Business Operations.
You will collaborate with all areas of our business, providing a great opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the entire operation. The following details aspects of operations and the role, where you will help support and own some of the following areas:
- Data Analytics and MI
- Support the creation of reports and analysis for key stakeholders across all operational areas.
- Stakeholder Management
- Gain exposure to high-level stakeholder management, contributing to and supporting calls across various business levels.
- Process Quality
- Contribute to process development and improvement, helping ensure quality standards are met.
- WFM (Workforce Management)
- Support the execution of workforce management processes across the company.
- Client Onboarding
- Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a professional and seamless experience.
- Client Business Support
- Support the day-to-day client business operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Facilities Management
- Contribute to process development and improvement related to facilities management.
- Line Management of Administrators within Operations
- Provide guidance and support to Administrators within the Operations team.
Qualifications/Experience:
Essential:
- Conducting data analysis and producing management information (MI), with Oracle experience - particularly Oracle NetSuite - being a plus but not essential.
- Communicating effectively, both written and verbal, with stakeholders at all levels across the business.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements for areas of responsibility.
- Bringing PMO or Business Analysis experience, covering both analytical and administrative tasks, or equivalent expertise.
- Proficiency in technical tools, including the Microsoft Office suite.
