Business Development Associate
We're looking for a Business Operations Associate to join our Business Development Team. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison with our partners, managing contract agreements, deal settlement processes, and key operational workflows that support the firm's growth initiatives. You will also act as the main point of contact for clients post-deal, taking ownership of onboarding, execution, and ongoing relationship management. This position blends business operations, customer success, and account management, ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience across the entire client lifecycle.
Job Description
- Manage the full lifecycle of client and partner contracts, including drafting, reviewing, tracking, and maintaining records while ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
- Communicate proactively with partners about timelines, performance, and updates.
- Identify and address partners' concerns or issues quickly and effectively.
- Oversee all commercial and operational aspects of client agreements and deal settlements, ensuring timely, accurate, and seamless execution.
- Work closely with legal, compliance, and finance teams to align contract terms with business objectives
- Identify inefficiencies in business development processes and design solutions to enhance operational performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in business operations, contract management, deal settlement, account management, customer success, or project management
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contracts, settlements, and workflows
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with external partners and internal stakeholders
- Understanding of legal and compliance considerations in the finance or quantitative trading space
