Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five years of project management experience in multiple technologies and functions
- Knowledge of business management principles including strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
- Broad knowledge of Synovus' key functions and banking operations
- Knowledge of business process design, internal control systems, and project management with strong analytical aptitude
- Knowledge of software development process including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, testing methodologies, and deployment management
- Skill presenting and explaining technical information to establish rapport, persuade others, and gain understanding
- Strong conceptual and creative skills
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all levels of management
