Scope: Provides administrative support to an individual, team, department or group in an organization.  


Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Collect, review, and analyze operational, financial, and programmatic data to support NAVSEA reporting and decision-making needs.
  • Prepare reports, charts, briefs, budgets, spreadsheets, and other presentation or analytical materials using standard office tools and NAVSEA approved software.
  • Prepare, distribute, and track recurring reports, deliverables, and internal/external communications to ensure timely and accurate submission.
  • Maintain organized file structures, databases, document repositories, and archives in accordance with NAVSEA standards and contract requirements.
  • Screen phone calls, emails, and inquiries from internal and external stakeholders; independently respond to routine requests or escalate appropriately.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and support meetings, reviews, conferences, travel arrangements, and other team or project activities.
  • Manage or support routine business processes such as expense reporting, invoicing, supply tracking, procurement requests, and administrative workflow routing.
  • Assist in monitoring program milestones, identifying operational inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to support mission effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with NAVSEA processes, security requirements, and documentation standards.
Qualifications
  • At least 4-10 years of experience in a related field. 
  • A minimum of four (4) years of additional relevant experience may satisfy degree requirements.
