What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth business functions.
- Manage payroll, billing, and accounts payable processes.
- Support HR tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining personnel files.
- Coordinate new hire orientations and training compliance.
- Handle rent collection, deposits, and financial reporting.
- Track occupancy and resident move-ins and move-outs.
- Supervise front desk and office staff, ensuring great customer service.
- Maintain accurate and confidential resident and associate records.
- Assist the Executive Director with administrative and financial support.
- Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members.
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2+ years of related experience required
- Prior office management or human resources and/or billing experience
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software.
- Ability to learn new software systems such as HRIS, ATS, and LMS platforms.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Understanding of senior living operations and sensitivity to residents’ needs.
