- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and training that enables completion of the essential functions and provides the required knowledge and skills

- Ability to effectively communicate with students, staff, faculty, managers and corporate staff and vendors
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office, i.e., Word and Excel
- Servicing of student account ledgers, posting payments and charges
- Reconciliation of daily bank deposits (Student Payments & Title IV)
- Setting up scholarships in data system and completing scholarship addendums
- Auditing of student accounts on drops, graduates and academic year credit balances
- Assist students with inquires and/or direct student to appropriate department
- Supports purchasing activities at the campus. Ensures documentation is accurate and current
- Manage account payable; creating purchase orders, approve and receive orders in data system
- Manage all aspects of Human Resources paperwork, including job requisitions for new hires, promotions, transfers, changes
- Work with the hiring manager on interviewing applicants, setting up pre-employment screenings, benefits and required paperwork
- Report Worker's Compensation claims to company's designated insurance carrier in a timely fashion
- Processing all hourly and salary payroll
- Gather student and company data and documentation to complete state and accreditation reports
