About the Role
As a Business Manager VAS, you'll be part of our high-performing Business Management team – a dynamic unit focused on increasing market share, deepening customer engagement, and driving sustainable revenue growth. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Product, Finance, Analytics, and more, ensuring seamless execution of our go-to-market strategies.
What You’ll Do
Own and optimize the performance of our VAS offerings, including the 5G FWA and security portfolio.
Take full P&L responsibility for the VAS segment – including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
Develop strategic and tactical plans grounded in data, trends, and market insights.
Lead cross- and up-sell initiatives to unlock new revenue streams.
Build strong internal and external relationships, working closely with key stakeholders to align business objectives and drive success.
Who You Are
You’re a commercially driven and analytical professional with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach. With over four years of experience in telecom or a subscription-based industry, you bring a deep understanding of the B2B landscape and the commercial levers that drive growth. You’ve previously owned budgets and P&L responsibilities and are comfortable working across complex financial models, forecasts, and ROI analysis.
You combine strong business acumen with a customer-centric mindset and thrive on turning insights into action. You navigate seamlessly between strategic planning and operational execution and enjoy working across functions to create results. Fluent in both Swedish and English, you’re a confident communicator who naturally builds trust, leads with curiosity, and inspires collaboration at all levels of the organization.
