Department: Sales / Finance &, a premier Stellantis dealership representing Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and FIAT, is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Business Manager to join our high-performing sales team. The Business Manager plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience while helping customers secure financing and protect their vehicle investment.

• Present financing and leasing options that best fit each customer's needs.

• Secure financing through manufacturer and third-party lending sources.

• Present and sell F&I products, including:

  • Vehicle Service Contracts

  • GAP Protection

  • Tire & Wheel Protection

  • Maintenance Plans

  • Appearance Protection

  • Theft Protection

• Ensure every transaction complies with federal, state, lender, and dealership regulations.

• Maintain complete and accurate deal documentation.

• Achieve dealership profitability objectives while maintaining a customer-first approach.

• Work closely with the sales management team to ensure efficient deal flow and timely funding.

• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and Stellantis Financial Services.

• Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and clearly explain financing and protection options.

• Ensure all deals are funded promptly and accurately.

• Assist in training sales consultants on finance products, lender programs, and compliance requirements.

• Automotive F&I or Business Manager experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of dealership financing, leasing, and lender guidelines.

• Experience with Stellantis Financial Services is a plus.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays.

• High ethical standards with a commitment to compliance.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

• Menu selling experience.

• Dealer Management System experience (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, RouteOne, etc.).

• Knowledge of state and federal automotive regulations.

• Ability to build rapport quickly and create a positive buying experience.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
