About the Job
We are looking for a high-energy management executive who will report to the COO on marketing, data collation & analysis and general operations of multiple projects in Bhiwadi and Neemrana. It is a great learning opportunity for someone who wants to gain end-to-end business exposure, entrepreneur-level problem solving, ownership of the decision-making process, and data hygiene. Only those, willing to work very hard, handle high-pressure situations and experience a steep learning curve should apply. Job Description
- Collate and analyse various data sets regularly
- Act as cross-functional team liaison, ensuring smooth communication between multiple teams
- Conduct market research and identify potential expansion opportunities
- Handle mini projects independently assigned by the COO in marketing, construction planning, land acquisition, data analysis etc.
Key Skills Needed
- MBA from a premier institution
- Proven ability to multitask in high-pressure environments with high ownership
- Advance Excel
CTC
- Rs. 15 lacs per year; negotiable based on competence
