We’re looking for a passionate, eager to grow Business Manager to join our management team in Lisbon (hybrid work model).
We count on you to:
- business prospecting and attraction of new customers
- have strong commercial skills and a strong orientation to results
- build relationships with new clients to understand their needs
- continuous management of the customer's portfolio
- able to understand the business and customer expectations
- develop and implement strategies for business grow
- monitoring business metrics
- attract IT talent, including sourcing, interviewing and selecting candidates
- understand the importance of managing relationships with consultants, implementing strategies to retain our talent
- be fluent in English and able to have a conversation in another European language (French or German preferably)
For that, you must:

- Strong commercial and business development skills

- Ability to manage customer relationships and portfolios
