 A day in the life: 

Step into the role of Business Manager and unleash your potential by driving key performance indicators (KPIs) to new heights across the nation! You'll be at the forefront, ensuring monthly sell-in/sell-out volume targets are not just met, but exceeded, all in alignment with our electrifying business plans. Forge powerful and positive relationships with Distribution Partner (DP) teams in your territory, setting the stage for collaborative success. Own the country's annual business planning process, teaming up with DPs to craft, present, and bring to life stellar annual, quarterly, and monthly business plans for your region. 

The impact you'll make:

  • Review all P & L elements and offer proactive measurements, ideas, and reactive solutions to improve profitability. Propose required budget and spend in line with budget approved for assigned country. Ensure utilization of the budgets strictly in line with guidelines, approved amounts, and allocation by customers. Review monthly financials and sales reports to determine opportunities for improvements based on efficiency and adjustments in consumer and customer demand, as well as brand/item performance and pricing. Review and evaluate pricing based on detailed market & cogs analysis.
  • Prepares and carries out motivation/incentive programs DP’s sales personnel and key customers. Regularly analyze rate of sales and recommend actions for improvement. Support the DP Sales Force Team in developing the right ambitions, joint business plans, distribution targets, listings and promotions for all key accounts in all channels / regions.. Regularly instruct/train sales teams on Monster Merchandising standards (assortment, planograms, point of sales, and coolers standards) in all channels.
  • Maintain internal templates and calendars to monitor, track and evaluate activity and decisions. Prepare presentations for DP quarterly updates about ME new products, initiatives and activities & monthly /quarterly reviews. Manage and generate sales forecasts with country management teams and align with Supply Chain/Logistics Department to offer suggestions as to the results of any change in forecast. Ensure timely, correct, and complete daily, weekly and monthly set of reports; Track and analyze competition market share, numeric distribution, price, rate of sales, etc. Maintain reporting and analyze monthly performance of each Key customer and each region & territory.
  • Provide analysis and interpretation of internal/external market data, highlighting any underlying trends to identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies to increase the organization’s profitability. Recommend changes to current portfolio & participates in new product development (NPD) process. Recommend changes in promotional efforts based on market research and thorough analysis of sales financials. Recommend changes to current sales techniques or sales procedures based on thorough analysis of sales data. Establish and implement best practices, including continuous improvement of a standardized process by using alternative views such as analysis models (diagrams), prototypes, or scenarios where appropriate.

Who you are:

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business, Marketing, Finance or related field of study.
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 10 years of experience in sales.
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in sale planning, trade marketing, new product development.
  • Computer Skills Desired: Advanced user Microsoft Office
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Exceptional analytical skills, time management, and customer service skills. Significant sales experience (Key account and Field sales Management) in FMCG and preferably beverages. Experience in managing and influencing a distribution system. Demonstrated capability to manage a P&L and solid understanding of commercial finance. Experience of managing a field sales team directly and influencing the sales force of a DP. Ability to combine strong commercial senses with good appreciation of brand building and marketing. Strong communications/presentation skills effective across a broad range of audiences Experience of interacting with and in an international matrix organization management.
