RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for driving business in CAD Japan and achieving sales targets through implementing sales strategies, identifying & developing new business opportunities and implementing the required measures
- Act as a red cap for Japan distributor with resposnsibility for target setting and review
- Promotion of new CAD products to customers in Japan
- Responsible for developing strategy for penetration of key accounts & strategic future market segments.
- Key user for sales processes such as IBP, pricing, opportunities etc
- REQUIREMENTS
* Japanese language: Business Level !! - Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, coating or related field would be preferred
- 8+ years of sales experience, with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in managing accounts and distributors
- Industry experience (e.g., chemicals, and coating additives) would be preferred
- Customer‑focused with strong relationship‑building capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation and hands‑on execution ability
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Works indepedently and result driven
