💼 What You'll DoYou'll receive hands-on training while supporting business operations, community outreach, and team development.
Responsibilities include:
- Participate in business management and leadership training
- Support community outreach events, logistics, and staffing
- Build relationships with retail partners and local venues
- Assist with interviews, hiring, and new-hire onboarding
- Train and mentor entry-level team members
- Monitor campaign performance and basic business metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve team and campaign performance
- Represent nonprofit partners professionally and authentically
- Support day-to-day team and business operations
Experience in management is not required. We provide training.
