Position Overview:

The Business Management Senior, Risk Learning Developer will join the Enterprise Risk (ER) division, responsible for supporting the delivery of learning and development of courses and curriculum that supports the growth and development of ER employees! Your Impact:
  • Support the creation of risk skill-based training courses and programs, building effective, tailored learning solutions that meet the ongoing skill and performance needs of our division employees and Risk Community (micro-learnings, Engagement Week, on-demand training, etc.).
  • Design and develop eLearning assets for various uses.
  • Ensure alignment of enterprise risk learning program goals, outputs and measurement with overall business strategy (Learning Metrics & Reporting).
  • Apply tech-enabled, multi-modal, experiential approaches to developing learning solutions.
  • Consult and partner with business leadership, HR Business Partners, Corporate learning practitioners, business content owners and domain experts to build and facilitate risk learning and the division learning strategy.
  • Lead the Policy & Standards course creation and delivery.
  • Support Risk College Project Management & Metrics (LMS, Cohort Management, Metrics, Analytics & Reporting, Teams/SharePoint Site Management)
  • Mange industry and learning vendors for ongoing engagements.   
  • Manage the External Training Request Site and process via SharePoint.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in instructional design and development, learning needs analysis, evaluation, in a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., instructional design) or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Possess solid knowledge of and understanding of the training industry, trends, current learning technologies, assessments and survey platforms.
  • Experience eLearning and multimedia development tools strongly preferred (e.g., Camtasia, Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate Rise, Vyond, etc.).
  • Experience with Workday Learning Management System or equivalent preferred.
  • Implement practical solutions based on best practices and dynamic thinking, including digital learning options, and applying a comprehensive approach to skill-building.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and Excel

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $108,000 - $156,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
