Position Summary:

O’Shaughnessy Asset Management (OSAM) is hiring a Strategic Program Manager - Canvas Custom Indexing to join the Business Management Team.

The position location will ideally be Stamford, CT, or New York City with hybrid work schedule.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of the Strategic Program Manager - Canvas Custom Indexing?

The Strategic Program Manager - Canvas Custom Indexing will provide essential support for the numerous projects and new product launches within Canvas and across Custom Client Solutions (CCS). This role will enhance the tracking and scoping of our key initiatives through capabilities in each area:

  • Help design and draft strategic planning and update decks

  • Work on special projects to help articulate and present our strategic business plans

  • Partner/liaise with leaders across the group to aggregate and/or analyze data, facilitate key initiatives

  • Support and/or lead projects within the business

  • Conduct ad hoc analysis on new commercial opportunities

  • Help with strategic review and document evaluation of strategic partnerships (i.e. new partnerships, acquired businesses, etc.)

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?

  • 7 - 10 years of investment industry experience

  • Seeking great mixture of investment, financial, strategic and project management expertise

  • Good understanding of asset and wealth management industry, key business drivers and developing trends

  • Strong collaboration, communication and analytical skills

  • Expertise in MS Office (especially PPT and Excel)

  • Solid documentation skills

  • Task oriented and flexible
