As a Business Manager within the Design and Customer Experience team, you will optimize business performance by driving key initiatives and managing strategic communications. You will act as a trusted advisor, identifying and mitigating business risks to support organizational objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage and align to the needs of the Central Design organization.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of product delivery and execution.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of project deliverables to verify compliance with established quality controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks related to quality testing and controls.
- Analyze data from quality testing to identify trends and areas for improvement, and report findings to senior management.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and deliverables by providing strategic insights, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Drive process improvement initiatives, optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum of three years of business management experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable handling multiple high-impact projects.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint) required.
- Advanced organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills with an ability to work independently.
- Intermediate to advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Product development lifecycle at scale.
- Experience or familiarity with Atlassian / JIRA software tools.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in a design studio or large corporate environment.
- Flexibility/adaptability to change direction based on team and stakeholder consensus.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-disciplinary, and geographically dispersed environment.
