We’re looking for an experienced Business Lead to drive client growth, inspire teams, and shape media strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes. You’ll act as the strategic partner to senior clients — ensuring our work connects creativity, media, and data to create meaningful impact across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client relationships and ensure business objectives are translated into powerful media strategies.
Oversee end-to-end media planning, activation, and performance across multiple markets.
Champion collaboration across strategy, data, and creative teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Manage P&L and ensure commercial growth, efficiency, and profitability for your portfolio.
Mentor and develop teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Stay ahead of market trends, guiding clients through evolving media landscapes and technologies.
Requirements
12–15 years of experience in media or integrated communications, preferably within global agency networks.
Proven experience managing multimarket clients and large-scale operations.
Strong commercial acumen and P&L management capability.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of media ecosystems, data-driven marketing, and emerging technologies.
