What You Will Contribute:
 

The Business Intelligence (BI) Solution Architect leads the development and execution of enterprise-wide BI strategies, delivering scalable reporting and analytics solutions. Partners with stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights and promote best practices in visualization and self-service analytics. Supports ERP implementation by ensuring data integrity, enabling master data migration, and designing the post-ERP reporting layer.

Job Duties:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable BI solutions to support enterprise-wide reporting and analytics.  

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights through data visualization and reporting.  

  • Define and promote best practices for dashboard development, data storytelling, and self-service analytics.  

  • Establish and maintain data governance protocols and documentation standards.  

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Business Intelligence strategy aligned with organizational goals.  

  • Serve as a key member of the core team for a multi-year ERP replacement initiative.  

  • Leverage BI tools to support master data cleanup, validation, and migration efforts.  

  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all phases of the ERP implementation.  

  • Design and build the semantic layer for post-ERP BI reporting and analytics.  

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field is required

  • 5+ years of experience in BI Development, Data Architecture and/or Database administration is strongly desired

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, of Qlik and strong SQL skills.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and data migration projects.                                                                                                                         

  • Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance frameworks.                                                                                                                               

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a collaborative mindset.                                                                                                                                                      

  • Excellent communication skills and experience engaging cross-functional stakeholders.                                                                                                                                  

  • Expertise in modern data warehousing and semantic layer architecture.                                                                                                                           

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and its integration with Power BI and other data services.                                                                                                                                

  • Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.                                                                                                                                                     

  • Proficiency in scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell)                                                                                                                         

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce SOQL
