What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a growing BI team.
- Design, develop, and optimize dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable data-informed strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain a robust BI architecture that scales with the business.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Strategy.
- Strong expertise with BI tools (Power BI, Apache Superset), SQL, and data modeling.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A passion for transforming data into real business impact.
