We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Business Intelligence Lead Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on transforming complex datasets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations that inform high-level decision-making.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in uncovering business trends, developing dashboards, tracking KPIs, and delivering data-backed insights to cross-functional stakeholders. You will partner with teams across the organization to support initiatives and programs with robust BI solutions and performance analysis.

You will:

• Collect, integrate, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify key business drivers, trends, and performance anomalies.

• Translate complex data findings into clear and compelling insights for stakeholders at all levels, supporting strategic and operational decisions.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, build and maintain dashboards, and align metrics with business goals.

• Develop automated, scalable BI solutions and performance reporting tools.

• Build and maintain forecasting models to support growth projections and business planning.

• Deliver actionable recommendations that optimize program performance, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all BI deliverables.

• Communicate results effectively to senior leadership, including VP- and EVP-level stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a similar data-driven role.

• Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, and SQL. Experience with Adobe Analytics is a plus.

• Hands-on experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively to non-technical audiences.

• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to define metrics and measure success.

• Prior experience in fast-paced industries such as telecom or technology is highly desirable.
