Business Intelligence Intern

Metyis is growing! We are looking for a Business Intelligence Intern to join our Data and Analytics team in Amsterdam.

• 2 months of intensive training from our super skilled BI team, on topics like data warehousing, data modelling and Power BI reporting (Data transformation, DAX, report building).

• Followed by 4 months of relevant working experience on a live business case.

• Interact with clients regularly to drive their business towards impactful change.

• Play a key role in the team by creating new business solutions via data-driven insights.

• Receive guidance by a dedicated mentor to make sure you make the most out of your time at Metyis.

• Experience being part of a fast-growing international and diverse team.

• Assist in the design, development and maintenance of BI reporting systems.

• Understand with data warehousing and data modelling activities.

• Participate in the creation of data-driven solutions to support business needs.

• Collaborate with data scientists, business analysts and software engineers to understand and implement reporting requirements.

• Participate in report reviews and providing constructive feedback.

• Stay up to date with the latest developments in all the BI tech stacks and best practices.

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.

• Basic understanding of SQL or BI is helpful.

• Ability to work in a team environment.

• A passion for data analysis and a desire to learn and grow, in the field of business intelligence.
