About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in data collection, analysis, and visualization to support business decisions and performance tracking. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with BI tools, data pipelines, and reporting processes in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Support data analysis projects and generate insights to help business teams make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful visualizations.
- Document processes, data definitions, and dashboard functionalities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within reporting workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Familiarity with data modeling and business metrics is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience with databases or cloud BI platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, Google BigQuery).
- Exposure to ETL or data pipeline concepts.
