As Business Intelligence Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions to support business decision-making processes. You will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and analytics.

As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Performing data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Ensuring data integrity, security, and accuracy within BI systems.
• Optimizing and improving existing BI tools and processes to enhance efficiency.
• Providing training and support to end-users on BI tools and platforms.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging BI technologies.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a minimum of bachelor’s degree in any related course.
• Have at least 3 years' experience as a Business Intelligence Engineer
• Have significant experience in business intelligence contexts
• Be able to collect and compile relevant data.
• Have exposure to Scripting (Pig, Python, Perl, etc) experience
• Have knowledge of SQL, PL- SQL, ETL , (Oracle OBIEE/OAS or ODI ) , Data Modelling and database management systems.
• Have the ability to translates analytics problems into data requirements.
• Have an understanding logical and physical data model, big data storage architecture, data modeling methodologies, metadata management, master data management, data lineage & data profiling.
• Have an understanding the technology landscape, up to date on current technology trends and new technology, brings new ideas to the team.
•   Have familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
•    Have experience in Business Intelligence development and data analysis (Tableau/Oracle BI)
