About the role

As a BI Developer, you'll own the end-to-end delivery of Business Intelligence solutions—from discovery and design through to development, optimisation, deployment, and support.

Working closely with business stakeholders, analysts, engineers, and technology teams, you'll translate complex business problems into intuitive and impactful analytics products.

What’s Involved:

  • Designing and developing enterprise-grade Power BI datasets, semantic models, reports, dashboards, and dataflows

  • Partnering with stakeholders across the business to uncover opportunities and deliver meaningful insights

  • Building scalable and high-performing data models that simplify access to complex data

  • Championing BI best practices, governance, and innovation across the organisation

  • Contributing to the evolution of our enterprise BI platform and analytics capabilities

  • Helping business teams unlock the value of data through self-service analytics

You'll work with some of the largest and most complex retail datasets in Australia, helping shape decisions that influence customer experience, operational performance, supply chain outcomes, merchandising strategies, and commercial growth.

You'll have the opportunity to:

You’ll need:

  • Extensive experience designing and developing interactive visualisation, reports and metrics.

  • 2+ years’ developing complex reports and dashboards using Power BI

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to tell stories using data

  • 2+ years’ experience with SQL

  • Experience modelling data in Power BI
