- Desarrollar nuevos dashboard para las áreas de negocio de B2C

- Mantenimiento de dashboard actuales

- Desarrollar análisis adhoc

- Desarrollar alertas vía SMS, email u otros

- Gestión de desarrollos y mantenimientos con DWH para asegurar una correcta arquitectura de datos

- Monitorear el desempeño de los vendedores identificando riesgos y oportunidades

- Garantizar la calidad, integridad y disponibilidad oportuna de los reportes para las áreas de negocio

- Elaboración de reportes locales y regionales

- Generar bases de datos de acuerdo con las necesidades del negocio
