Job Title: BI Analyst – Strategy
Location: Hyderabad

About the Role
At Head Digital Works, we turn data into decisions. We're looking for a results-driven BI Analyst – Strategy to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of data and business, supporting strategic decision-making through insightful reporting and deep analysis.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Strategy and BI teams to translate business needs into actionable insights. Beyond technical skills, we value critical thinking, business acumen, and the ability to engage with stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Partner with Strategy teams to understand business and reporting requirements.
Create, automate, and maintain accurate, high-impact reports using SQL and BI tools.
Respond to ad hoc data requests and business queries with clarity and precision.
Evolve into a strategic thought partner by analyzing data trends, testing hypotheses, and providing actionable insights.
Translate complex business problems into structured data models and meaningful visualizations.
Secondary Responsibilities
Collaborate with the BI team to develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions.
Continuously enhance and optimize existing reports and data pipelines.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of hands-on experience in writing complex SQL queries and building BI reports.
Proven ability to interpret data in a business context and communicate insights effectively.
Proficiency in BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Prior experience in a B2C start-up or a high-growth environment is a strong plus.
