Reports to: FP&A Manager
1. Role Purpose
Support secondary sales data management, validation, and reports for management team, acting as the key link between distributors, sales, and finance to ensure accurate, clean, and centralized sales data and dashboards
2. Key Responsibilities
Sales Force Effectiveness:
Secondary Sales Validation: Review and validate distributor-submitted secondary sales data for accuracy and completeness
Tender Management: Track and map tender files received from distributors. Randomly validate data provided by distributors if any
Business Intelligence
Sales Data Analysis & Reporting: Build, manage, and maintain Tableau or Power PI dashboards/reports on sales breakdowns by account and product
Master Data Management: Coordinate with sales teams on territory updates; validate hospital/customer master data; ensure cross-system consistency between Gemini and Jarvis
Data Quality Improvement: Lead/support projects to cleanse and centralize secondary sales master data
Cross-Functional Coordination
Distributor Support: Serve as the primary contact for distributors on secondary sales data uploads and maintenance
Coordination with Sales, Finance and IT on master data governance
Ad-hoc Support
Assist with additional finance/sales analytics projects as needed
3. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in FP&A, sales data analysis, or a data analyst role
- Strong data analyst skillset: Advanced proficiency in CRM tools and data visualization (Power BI, advanced Excel)
- Solid understanding of master data management and data quality principles
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy mindset
- Good communication skills - comfortable liaising with distributors and cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple data sources and stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience with pharma/medical device or FMCG distributor sales structures is a plus
