We're seeking someone to join our team as a Business Information Analytics Manager to oversee and transform the delivery of financial analytics work products to front office business partners, focused on investment bankers. As part of this role, you will partner closely with BIA Leadership to lead service delivery, optimize workflow & reporting, and drive efficiencies and innovation throughout the delivery cycle.

What you'll do in the role:
- Provide operational oversight of team utilization, ensuring efficient distribution of work, preventing backlogs and forecasting capacity based on ongoing projects and anticipated demand
- Implement strategic evolution roadmap for supporting Analyst workflows by incorporating AI platforms and building agents/tools to transform delivery of business-ready products such as profiles, sector overview slides, newsletters etc.
- Partner with Research teams and internal stakeholders to ideate and develop scalable new work products using AI-based platforms and automation tools such as UIPath, Python, GPT, Claude, etc.
- Support BIA Leadership to determine Analytics initiatives and business development opportunities
- Expand and enhance current books of work, including Pitchbook/Presentations Integration, Financial Modeling/Valuation, Dashboards, etc.
- Measure the effectiveness of the service, developing key metrics and performance indicators, and report regularly to BIA Leadership and business partners on efficiencies gained and areas for continued growth
- Identify and leverage opportunities for BIA to support information gathering and synthesis from new and existing clients.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for your functional area, proposing and implementing improvements/changes
What you'll bring to the role:
- Relevant experience in a multi-sector information research, specialized sector research role or relatable experience in financial services.
- Strong business/Finance/accounting acumen, understanding of financial modeling, ratios etc.
- Client-focused with ability to anticipate needs, address clients' expectations, effectively manage priorities and cooperate to achieve objectives.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, able to synthesize large volumes of information and clearly articulate complex ideas.
- Technical know-how in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as AI-based platforms and automation tools such as UIPath, Python, GPT, Claude, etc.
- Enthusiasm, aptitude, and organizational skills, with a willingness to learn.

The position’s work location will be 1445 Ross Ave, Dallas, TX 75202 at a future date. The role may begin remotely until the office location becomes available. In-Person interviews will be required for the role.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $98,000 and $137,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
