On behalf of one of our clients, we are seeking a Business Information Analyst specializing in CRM and Power Platform to join their team in Zwolle, Overijssel. Job DescriptionAs a Business Information Analyst, you will:
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, primarily using MS Dynamics and Power Platform
- Work in an Agile team to deliver on customer promises
- Bridge the gap between customer needs and technical solutions within the company's architectural framework
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and liaise with suppliers
- Guide changes through analysis, configuration, and testing phases
- Contribute to the development of CRM Dynamics along six key pillars of customer service strategy
Requirements
- HBO/WO level education with relevant professional training
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably at the intersection of Business and IT
- Experience with configuring and/or testing in an Agile development environment
- Ability to create technical architecture within the company's architectural vision
- Knowledge of commercial processes and customer relationship management
- Experience with Agile working methods
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales, and Power Platform is highly desired
