The Role

About the Team:

The Strategic Operations team is seeking a passionate and driven Business Improvement Manager to help us deliver key strategic initiatives that support our vision of becoming Australia’s favourite digital bank. In this role, you’ll collaborate across multiple teams, directly influencing both customer and colleague experiences.

About the Role:

As a Business Improvement Manager, you will lead and support a range of business improvement and strategic initiatives—some of which span multiple teams and business units. You’ll work closely with customer-facing teams to ensure initiatives are implemented effectively and sustainably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute process and team improvement initiatives.

  • Support the delivery of strategic projects aligned with organisational goals.

  • Provide subject matter expertise to guide teams through change initiatives.

  • Assist in the development and execution of change management plans and learning toolkits.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven ability to lead business improvement initiatives from discovery through to implementation.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills across various levels of the organisation.

  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise competing demands.

  • Understanding of customer-facing team operations.

  • Experience in change management and project delivery (desirable).

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Blaze (desirable).
