This role will be working directly with our newest product, Kiwi Pay. Kiwi Pay enables merchants to offer flexible payment solutions to their customers at the point of sale. We provide buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) financing options that help businesses increase conversion and average order value, while giving consumers accessible credit alternatives for their purchases.
We're looking for a dynamic and proactive person to drive commercial growth from lead generation to activation. You'll be responsible for generating pipeline, executing effective demos, and ensuring every signed merchant is successfully activated with all necessary support.
Opportunity Generation & Demos
Prospect and capture new leads (outbound + inbound)
Qualify opportunities to ensure commercial fit
Schedule and execute effective product demonstrations
Prepare commercial proposals and coordinate negotiation/closing
Provide market insights and prospect feedback
Merchant Onboarding & Activation
Coordinate and execute promotional material delivery
Guide merchants through the activation process
Resolve initial questions to reduce friction and drop-off
Follow up post-onboarding to ensure first transaction
Serve as a bridge between merchants, support, and operations
Management & Follow-up
Record all interactions in CRM
Report incidents and improvement opportunities
