THE WORK:

As a Business Function Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve performance for the business function end to end. This includes ensuring alignment with business requirements, conducting process analysis, and defining or redesigning organizational structures.

You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possessing influencing and advisory skills. You will be responsible for team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and contributing to key decisions.
