* Collaborate Closely: Work in good faith and act in the best interest of the company by maintaining consistent communication regarding leads.
* Comply with Legal Obligations: Ensure adherence to data protection, privacy laws, and any other applicable regulations while sourcing leads.
Requirements
* We don't expect any specific qualification. This role is in addition to your current role (concierge, executive assistant, manager, ...).
* Strong network of contacts is a must
* Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities independently.
* Languages: Either English, Italian or French.
Benefits
* Commission Structure: Attractive, performance-based commission ranging from 30% to 50% per contract, based on revenue from each closed deal.
* Maximum Commission: Up to €500,000 per high-revenue deal.
