As a Business Enablement Vice President in the Chief Data & Analytics Office, you will embed with Markets, Banking and Payments teams to understand day-to-day workflows and deliver working AI solutions quickly using internal tooling. You will translate domain needs into clear technical requirements and reusable components that scale across teams. You will design and own production-grade implementations, from architecture through deployment and iteration. You will contribute to shared libraries such as prompt libraries and skills to improve discoverability and consistency for business users. You will help deliver measurable commercial impact while meeting firm resilience, controls, and risk standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Embed with senior stakeholders across Markets, Banking and Payments to observe workflows and identify high-leverage opportunities for generative AI.
- Translate Markets, Banking and Payments domain context into precise technical requirements and, where possible, reusable components for at-scale adoption.
- Design, prototype, and ship production AI solutions against key workflows using internal tooling and systems.
- Partner with Technology and Chief Data & Analytics Office teams to deliver solutions in production that meet resilience, controls, and risk standards.
- Own end-to-end architecture and development for assigned use cases, including data, retrieval, prompting, orchestration, evaluation, deployment, and iteration.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Demonstrated background in capital markets origination, mergers and acquisitions advisory, treasury services, payments operations, or another core Banking or Payments domain.
- Knowledge of financial services with exposure to Payments and or Banking workflows.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with non-technical business stakeholders to scope, build, and ship technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience writing and shipping production Python in an enterprise, high-bar engineering environment.
- Demonstrated experience designing, building, and deploying large language model applications, including prompt engineering, evaluation, retrieval-augmented generation, and agent orchestration.
- Familiarity with modern generative AI components such as large language model APIs, vector stores, embeddings, tool and function calling, multi-step agent design, and model evaluation.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate credibly with senior management, business users, and engineering partners.

- Experience building reusable assets such as prompt libraries, skills, or shared components to support consistent adoption at scale.
