The Role

We focus on live campaigns to reach out to members of the local community. Our partnership with our telecommunications clients allows our team to do our part to improve the quality of lives of people and communities around us.  To continue providing for our community and communication partners, we are hiring a Business Development Trainee to join our team immediately. The Business Development Trainee will ensure the development and completion of new and ambitious sales and marketing strategies while working to diversify and grow our client's customer base. 

We are looking for a Business Development Trainee to provide sales support by creating, devising and implementing strategic marketing plans for our key accounts and territories. The Business Development Trainee will be required to assist with customer enrollment, customer interactions, and community outreach to identify and close new sales leads. To ensure success, the Business Development Trainee should possess exceptional interpersonal skills.  A competent Business Development Trainee will utilize their customer-centric initiatives to result in optimized performance.

Business Development Trainee Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer satisfaction through developmental marketing strategies
  • Participate in classroom training sessions and product knowledge seminars.
  • Educating consumers on new marketing services or promotions
  • Qualify buyers by using the buyer requirement standards and company policies
  • Enhance our clients reputation by using top notch customer service skills
  • Team management and mentorship
Business Development Trainee Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of marketing, sales or customer service experience
  • Strong desire to continue learning and developing professional skill sets
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Student mentality and the desire to continue learning
  • Impeccable work ethic
  • Able to problem solve effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment
  • Comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groups
