Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage potential clients at live events, community activations, and outreach campaigns
Represent company clients with professional and consistent messaging
Support sales and fundraising initiatives, helping to meet or exceed campaign goals
Track interactions, leads, and results to measure business development performance
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
Participate in training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs
Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development
Outgoing, confident, and skilled in face-to-face communication
Coachable, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow
Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Team player but capable of working independently
18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Available for weekend and evening events

What We Do
Invictus MSI is a team-oriented Marketing and Advertising firm focused on empowering change and social justice campaigns to help local Bay Area communities. Our 501(C)3 nonprofit clients have long histories of bringing creative, evidence-based solutions to major societal problems that require our collective, immediate response. Recently, their focus is attacking the opioid and gun violence epidemic in schools, but they currently offer more than 20 programs to promote safer, happier communities for children to grow up in. Our team is responsible for both raising awareness to their potentially life-saving programs and providing the funds necessary to implement them.
